By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.

1. General
   We sell products through our online store to private individuals in Sweden. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
   
   
2. Prices and Payment
   All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT. Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout, such as card, Klarna, or Swish.
   
   
3. Delivery
   We process and ship orders within 7–12 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
   
   
4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

5. Complaints
   If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We comply with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and follow recommendations from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

   We are not liable for indirect damages that may occur due to the product, or for delays/errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
